Ms. Khaile is an Economist with educational background in Economics, Business Administration and Project Management. She has diverse experience in both private and public sectors in the areas of monitoring and evaluation, public debt management, research, project management, business administration and training. Moreover she has experience in using evaluation methods such as Difference in Difference, propensity score matching and randomization approaches to evaluate program. She is also familiar with different measures of child poverty such as Multiple Overlapping Deprivation Analysis, Bristol Deprivation Approach and Multidimensional Deprivation Index. Furthermore, she has experience of working with development projects funders such World Bank, IFAD, Opec Fund and African Development Bank. She is eager to expand her knowledge in analytics to enhance her passion for utilizing economic principles and data analysis to drive effective and informed decision-making. She is highly self-driven, ethical and motivated. Lastly, Ms. Khaile is passionate about inclusive development, social protection issues and empowering vulnerable and marginalized groups in Lesotho.
