The Senior Customer Consultant is the team leader who is a first line supervisor of the frontline team members. This involves the caring and growing of direct reports through providing means and ability and holding the team members accountable for increasing sales volumes, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining process standards and adheres to LPB ’s values.
To develop enduring and rewarding relationships with customers by effectively selling and cross selling LPB solutions to meet the needs/aspirations of the customer. Provides a face to face customer service. The sales process is complimented by the consultant delivering an exceptional customer experience that will lead to the achievement of Branch goals/targets and LPB business objectives.
