traveling, Swimming, Yoga and Meditation and learning new things

Travelling:  I love Travelling since it takes me out of my comfort zones and inspires me to see, taste and try new things. It constantly challenges a lot, not only to adapt to and explore new surroundings, but also to engage with different people, to embrace adventures as they come and to share new and meaningful experiences with friends and loved ones. To this far I have traveled several times a good number of countries as a tourist, for school exchange programs, as a pilgrimage and through work. I have traveled Europe, Asia and Africa.

Swimming: The water gives me a sense of tranquillity. I love going to practice at least three times a week, as it’s a time to be alone to be able to work through my thoughts. I’ve loved to swim ever since I can remember but started in actively doing in 2012 and still to this day, it has the ability to certainly put a smile on my face. Swimming gives me a sense of peace and I am grateful to be able to feel that at least every week of my life.

Yoga and Meditation: I love the peace it gives and the power to work on myself and change my reactions to somethings. I don’t feel clumsy anymore ever since I started Yoga and Meditation in 2020, and I even have the occasional moment of grace. I love the core strength and toned muscles that make me feel panther strong.

Learning new things: It gives me extra purpose, helps me become a better person, opens up new opportunities, and makes me feel like I'm gaining more control over my life and living in the moment. Also, science tells us that our brains grow when we do something new, so learning is never a waste of time.
