There is a lot of experience gained at various streams of the plant including crushing, scrubbing, screening, ore preparation, Dense Medium Separation (DMS) concentrate handling, tailings and slimes. Performed the operation and control of mentioned sections on field and from the Central Control Room and currently occupying the Foreman position whose responsibility is to supervise all activities in the above mentioned sections of the plant.
