2. Mr Lekulo was part of the Technical Evaluation Team for the Ministry of Social Development Tenders from 2015 through 2021, in the Departments of Elderly Care Services, Social Assistance and Children Services.

3. Mr Lekulo has been elected at Secretary General for Lesotho Netball Association for period of three years: April 2021 – January 2022. He has assumed role of PRO Marketing for Lesotho Netball Association for three years: 2015 – 2018.

4. He has been serving as Secretariat for the EU Project Steering Committee Meetings (June 2012 – Dec 2017; and December 2021). Committee comprise of the EU, UNICEF, Ministry of Social Development and other partners.
